Bright ruby red edge and a dark red centre. Very lively colour and shows no signs of ageing.
Clean and exciting entry with a medium intensity at this stage, more fruit driven- red berry and black cherry fruit. The nose has a rich spiciness to it with hints of white pepper and cigar box. From the wooding a slight touch of vanilla. The oaking is balanced and not over powering the fruit of the wine.
The mouth has a rich soft entry with ripe supple tannins leading to a full complex length and loads of depth. The after taste follows through with the reds berry and cherry fruits while the sweetness from the vanilla helps to carry the wine. This wine is well balanced and structured. The aging possibility is very good if cellared correctly and this wine should improve over the next 5 to 8 years and will drink well now.

Shows its youth with a bright red edge and a dark red centre, almost ruby red centre.
The nose is still tight and closed although the plumy fruits are there from the Merlot already. The wine has a wonderful balance of oak nuances, cedar box and toasted bread which is not overpowering the nose but rather hints at the complexity of the wine and the ability of the wine to age and become an exciting experience.
The entry on the palate is smooth and rich, fi lling the mouth with ripe tannins and the follow through of the plumy fruit. The wine has a long middle palate, still tight and closed due to its youth. The length and complexity shows it’s self in its depth and balance, between the acid, alcohol and tannin and is perfectly set. The fi nish is a full palate of red and black berry fruit which will become more intense with time. The elegance and fi neness in the wine will just get better with time in the bottle at the correct cellar conditions

Pale straw centre with a slight green tint on the edge, perhaps a bit more than "slight".
The nose is more intense with more gooseberry, fi gs and passion fruit levels, the slight hint of barreling helps give the nose more complexity and depth.
The palate on entry is full and powerful with huge fruit in the front and the crisp fresh acidity driving the middle. The mouth feel is more complex and has more weight, depth and length. The wine has a very long fi nish due to the slight barreling it received. This wine will excel with food or on its own.

Bright garnet red edge and a deep dark red centre.
Clean fruit driven entry with a medium intensity at this stage, defi nitely more fruit driven- plum and black current fruit. The nose has a forward spiciness to it with hints of mocha coffee and vanilla from the barreling.
The entry on mouth has ripe soft tannins and loads of fruit. The follow through on the palate is full of the black fruit and plum. The after taste shows loads of the black berry fruits while the sweetness from the vanilla adds to softness of the wine. This wine is well balanced and structured to be easy drinking for now.

Pale straw centre with a slight green tint on the edge.
Very forward nose of granadillas, and passion fruit, hints of green grass in the back ground. The wine shows its youth but will get better with time in the bottle.
The palate on entry is clean and crisp with a great balance between acidity and residual sugar. There is a defi nite follow through on the palate of gooseberry fruit and green peppers. The fruit lingers to the end and leaves a long lingering palate. This wine drinks well now and will go well most sea food dishes and salads.
