Kingsbridge Wine Estate
The name Kingsbridge originates from the partnership of the Bridgman family along with director, Mark Kingcome. Our vision is to cultivate vines on our estate to produce wines of excellent quality. We have been producing wine on the estate for 5 years now and the vines vary in ages of between 5 and 8 years old.
Our staff live on the farm and are actively involved in the pruning of the vines, picking of the grapes through to the wine making in our cellar as well as the bottling and labelling process. We therefore value their input into all the production processes they handle and we pride ourselves in delivering the top quality wines that we have on offer.
We are currently producing 45,000 bottles in our two ranges. We only produce wine from our own vines and our aim is to eventually be able to produce wine from all our vineyards. Our history with apple production on the estate has added tremendously to the pruning and canopy management expertise of our vines resulting in the quality wines that the area is famous for.
Feel free to come and visit our new wine tasting room, overlooking the vineyards with stunning views, and experience our excellent selection of wines. The tasting facility is also a great venue for small intimate events or meetings.
